Two phone interviews, first by HR/headquarters, 2nd by regional internship coordinator. Series of initial questions to assess basic personality and applicable experience, after which I was told I made it to second round of review. Internship coordinator posed various retail scenarios as well as talked trends, my fashion preferences. Overall very pleasant and conversational. I was told I had the internship at the conclusion of the second phone interview.
