I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nordstrom in Aug 2014
Interview
After 2 days I applied online, I received an email from Nordstrom HR stated that they are interested in my application would like me to join an open interview. I arrived to the interview 15 minutes to check in. I had my first interview with an available department manager; she asked me why I picked Nordstrom, what's my motivation and which department I prefer. She offered me a position in Kid's Department, but I respectfully declined due to the fact I've never had any experience with children's clothing. Right after the first interview, I immediately had my second interview with the Junior's Department. They took me to the Junior's Department and asked me to role play. They were pleased with my performance and said that they'll send my resume to one of the department in Junior's. I got a phone interview with the department manager, who went over the basic facts of commission base pay and asked for my availability.
