Had one interview. Asked why I chose to work at Nordstrom. Role played as if I already had the job. Manager played the customer and I had to help her find an outfit to wear for a certain event.

1 phone interview and 1 in person interview that was broken down into 3 separate interview sections.
Section 1 was a larger group interview/information section, section 2 was another group interview (2/3 people interviewing) and last section was an on the floor selling test.

First Interview was with the HR manager. It was pretty easy. The manager suggest which department you might be good in. Then you meet with a department manager. Everyone was really nice. I got to take a tour of the store and meet many employees and managers.
