First round was a pre-recorded video interview where you answer questions from a recording. Second round was a panel style interview with Nordstrom employees. The questions asked during the second round were very high level for someone interviewing for an internship. I felt like I hadn't experienced several of the behavioral questions they asked me. The questions were also multi-layered, so be prepared to answer several questions within one response. Still waiting on if I moved to the third round.
