I applied online. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Remote) in Jun 2022
Interview
Went through 7 interviews, and 2 technical loops--one was for questions on Tableau, the other Python and SQL--both were live and not take-home tests like the other interview reviews have shown. I know that I got all the questions right that I did answer, but there wasn't enough time to answer them all. It didn't seem like they cared if you knew the correct answers, but it was more a behavioral screen to see if they liked you. Seemed like a time-waste to have someone go through all these rounds of interviews to not extend an offer. The technical loops should be take-home tests prior to the first interview, with only 2 interviews max.

Question 1
How to join a dataset using SQL, import files using Python, create a dashboard with Tableau, etc.
Straight forward with get to know you and behavioral questions. HR phone screen followed by 2 on-site interviews. Got job offer within one week of final interview. Entire process was pretty smooth.

Interview
Very laid back we just talked about how I react to certain situations. It was a conversation and. Not and interview. It was weird. We just chatted and they did not seem to like me.
