Interview
I applied online. There was a personality/basic customer service test first. If you pass that, then you will move on. I was applying out of state so I only had phone interviews, but my friends in the program had to go in front of a panel. They were pretty standard questions and exactly what you would expect. I actually felt very prepared by reading glassdoor reviews. I did not have retail experience yet I did not have any problem answering the questions they asked. Since I was in college at the time, I just talked about experiences in group projects, etc. If you show that you are interested in customer service, like to help people, and like retail, then this shouldn't be too difficult. ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND - KNOW THEIR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS! They actually pay attention to what you say and thats how they will place you in your department. I forgot what all of them were called except BP, so thats where I was placed.

Great!! It wasn’t too difficult at all the interview process was super smooth it was on higher view so it was virtual which I had never done but it definitely was a good change that I needed and it was great experience.

I got an email to come in for the on site interview. The first round, they ask you behavioral questions and few challenging questions. Then I moved to a different room where I had to do on spot sales.

One in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions and questions regarding your resume. A few situational questions about what you would do on the sales floor.
