Nordstrom Photo Supervisor interview questions

Phone interview with standard questions. Very businesslike and brief. This was my first interview in several years, and I hate to admit I was not well prepared. This experience taught me to do more than just answer questions, but to engage in relevant conversation. I think I came off as nervously trying to pass a test instead of enthusiastic and confident. Now I have a list of bullet points and possible answers by the phone.
