BE ON TIME with all documents asked to bring, if not they will lock doors and deny you! Expect to be there all day or at least most of your day. My session had about 33 people starting out. First they will talk about how good working for the railroad is, then switch to how terrible it is. Honestly job isn’t for everyone. After about a hour and 30 mins they will let you break to call your family or decide if you still want to proceed. (People sometimes leave during the break or after break never return) then they bring you back in. Only 27 showed back. Once back in Meeting room, they break the room up into two groups and give each of you a number. Then they tell you to go outside while they call two at a time. They’re are multiple interviews going on at once.

Intense and drug out. Not for the faint of heart. This job is not for the weak and if you aren’t willing to understand that stay away. If you can handle pushing yourself to go to work, have little time off (suck as to sleep) and back at it then apply. No more crying with reviews, they warn you before you start.
A couple written questions, then 2 video interviews. One of them was pre-recorded. They are hiring a lot right now. If you pass you go to Georgia for 2 weeks before going out in the field
