Recorded 2 min question and answer interview. Passing that gets a video interview which went very well. HR and Hiring Manager very up front on demands of the position. 60 hour work week and 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am shift did not work for having a family. If single and flexible would have definitely taken the job.

For people that weren't in the Atlanta area, the company paid for a plane ticket down and for any other expenses along the way, including hotel. They were very upfront and honest about what the job would entail. Had a networking session followed by interviews the next day

This should have been a red flag.
Then a bunch of lies and smoke blowing by my future boss to get me too move across the country .
