Online application, followed by a pre-recorded video interview, followed by a skype interview. The first two parts were fine, personally not a fan of the pre-recorded video interviews. The skype interview was with two employees, one a mechanical engineer and the other an HR guy. The HR guy was visibly on his phone and would occasionally get up and leave the computer, which was distracting. He was also very direct and blunt, erring on the side of rude. The interview was later in the day, around 3pm, so he may have been tired or something, but it was not great behavior from somebody interviewing potential future employees and representing the company in such a way.
