Applicants for position are eliminated after each test in the series. The elimination of the applicants around you in these stages adds the stress of the situation weeding out some who may not be able to perform in stressful situations. Tests consist of timed logic, math, and psychological based questions. Math test involves formula based and general arithmetic skills. Applicant should be detail oriented, focused and with the ability to multi-task in stressful environment. Traditional union-based transportation work environment.
