I was referred by a current employee and my interview was set up super quickly after I sent my resume. I live out of state so my initial interview was over the phone with a manager and two other employees currently doing the job I was interviewing for. They asked me questions about my background and experience and allowed me to ask all of my numerous questions as well. It was a long interview but overall a good one. My second interview was in person not long after the first interview at the Corporate Headquarters with my manager and another employee and it was laid back and went well. They let me know they were going to give me an offer at the end of the interview and I received the offer within a couple of days.
