It was very personable and detailed. For a grand opening they really wanted to get to know who you were as a person, your likes dislikes and experiences, not just your availability. The AGM who interviewed me shared his 9 year experience growing with the company as well as his career background in the industry. It was much more than what the job entails but what the culture and work environment is like as well as just having great conversation

They know exactly who they are looking for as in someone who provides the right skillset. Very thorough and professional onboarding process. For the bartending position you are asked to preform duties and are expected to be knowledgable. They also provide immaculate training.
