They will ask you about your food and wine knowledge. Very important to be knowledgeable in both areas as this is a place that sells a lot wine. Servers have to be able to help guest pair wine with the food they order.

Interview
1-2 part interview depending on managers working the floor that day. You will interview with the general manager and the designated manager overlooking your position. In this case it would be the front of house manager. Business casual attire. Focussed on characteristic questions.

How would you describe your ability when working in a fast pace environment with multiple factors?
Sit down with the management, then followed with a follow shift before being hired. Training takes about a week. On the last day you server on 2 managers and get an evaluation and tested on your knowledge.
