2 interviews, seems casual, ask about your work background briefly neglect to mention they are Christian based organization even though they might affect someone taking an offer especially of the company exercises extreme right wing Christianity that discriminate against gender roles and same gender relationships

Have you worked in a call center before? And then they just don’t want to talk about themselves, but leave out all pertinent information that may help you make a educated decision on whether or not you should really worked there.

Interview
Applied through Glassdoor and had an interview set up within one week. Met with Hiring manager and was shown a presentation on how they are set up and how, if offered a position, you would pay $500 per month to have an opportunity to sell life insurance policies to seniors. They have a separate telemarketing and customer service area where all leads are pre qualified and are considered "warm" before they come to you. Commission only position, can be paid throughout the week as you make the sales and not have to wait for a certain date for a paycheck.
