Phone interview, followed by an interview in person; one on one. No panel interview (which I find more personable). The interview started with a very natural feel and with us just getting to know each other. It allowed me to really get comfortable and be myself. Once I got comfortable, that's when I was asked the interview questions.

Manager was more helpful than the recruiter. Recruiters have been very late in returning calls (longer than a week). If you want to get anywhere with HR, I recommend emailing them and CC the manager for the unit you are interviewing for.
