I had a phone interview. Those that make it past phone interviews are selected for an in person interview. It kinda seemed like the extern selection was a "first come first serve" basis. So, if you want this position you should apply early! I did not attend the in person interviews because I had clinical.

Interview
Met with nurse recruiter from NEGA for a one on one interview. This was done at another facility. If selected to proceed, continue to meet with several unit managers from floors of your choosing. (up to three). Wait to hear back from nurse recruitment to find out which unit managers gave offers, and accept position of your choice to begin orientation.
