Interviewed with a recruiter (don't want to give names). I have 5 years experience in this position. She made me a offer, I asked for more. She said she would get with the compensation dept and call me monday. Needless to say monday came and went. I called her twice with messages left. No call back. To me this is unprofessional and rude.
