I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for a CNA position. The interview was fairly brief and to the point. I was asked the usual questions such as work experience, hours I can work, why I want to work in healthcare, and customer service oriented questions. I was asked to come back and interview with a nurse manager, which wasn't scheduled until another two weeks out from my initial interview. The second interview was short and unorganized. Again, I was asked the usual questions. I followed up with the recruiter after the second interview and never received a response. Finally, after another two weeks passed I received an email stating I was not chosen for the position. The entire process took one month. I feel that the organization wasted my time. I would not recommend.
