I received a screen call from HR and then was set up for an in person interview that same week. I received an e-mail offer for the position four days later. Once I accepted I was then set up with an employee health appointment 2 weeks later.

Interview
I interviewed for the two physicians office, one including the heart center. I was offered a position within a few days. I really wanted the other one, but excepted the position at the heart center.
