I received a call for an interview a few days after submitting my application. I had a phone interview with the recruiter followed by an onsite interview with the recruiter the next day. After this, they sent me a skills assessment for Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. After passing that, I was invited back to interview with the head of HR and the manager of benefits. After making the final cut (3 candidates), I was brought in for another onsite with the team. There were roughly 6 people in the room at any given time but others would come in and out. I was told that I would hear back in a few weeks. After a while of not hearing anything back, I found a generic rejection email in my junk mail. After four interviews with PTO time taken on each and being a final candidate, I would have expected a bit more than an email to let me know I didn't get the position.
