Interview
Put in an application several months before getting a call back - went to recruitment office to do initial interview, then had to meet with Practice Admin for the location. Well, I did not get that position, which I was notified by email about. About 2 months later I was called back and interviewed for another location - which I ended up accepting a position with. After accepting the position I still had to go through a Pre-Employment Physical, Drug screen, TB skin test, and Orientation (which is a 2 day process in an of itself).

Interview
Great! Person interviewing was really nice and personable. Questions were pretty cut and dry and relatable. Was pretty clear on what they were looking for and upfront about what they offered and didn't which was a refreshing change from some interviews.

Interview
I had basically 3 interviews. I Applied for a medical assistant position over the weekend on the nghs website and was called the next business day by a recruiter (didn't expect a call back so soon but I was excited that I did). The recruiter did a brief interview over the phone (Maybe 5-7min), and asked questions in regards to education, experience, what type of employment I was looking for (part-time, full-time, prn, etc.), and where I lived in regards to distance from the medical centers. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview with the recruiter the following week. At the in person interview (which took about 20min) I spoke with the same recruiter that I spoke with during the phone interview and I was basically asked the same questions but provided more details and explained what lead me in to wanting a career in the medical field and what my future plans/goals will be. Then I was asked to come to another interview the next day (which took about 10 min, they asked maybe 3-4 simple questions) to meet with 2 other people from the field of practice and facility in which the recruiter thought I'd be a great fit for (this is where the nervousness may come out to play), they basically asked interview questions to see if I will be a good fit for the position and the team. I was then told by the recruiter that I would get a phone call the next day with their decision.
