Extensive application process, they made my former employers fill out long questionnaires and then never called for an interview, never updated the status or sent any notification. Former bosses asked how the interview went and when I told them there was none they were annoyed at having to submit so much paperwork for nothing. Really embarrassing.

Standard process for academic job search: Seminar in front of faculty and students One on one meetings with faculty Chalk talk with a group of faculty. Chalk talk was a good experience: they asked tough questions from a perspective of curiosity and giving useful advice.

Four interviewers attend the Zoom meeting.
They asked about the research, teaching experience and writing a grant proposal. The atmosphere was comfortable and they were really kind. After that q & a session was allowed for me.

Tell me about your teaching experience
The interview involved a three-person phone interview with each person asking a different question. The interview started with basic introductions of your employment profile and goals, followed by each interviewer asking what feel like pre-determined questions.
