Interview
recruitment process would start with a Presentation and group discussion, once candidate is selected, he would go for an aptitute test, tat includes skills and i.q. Later the candidate would be interviewed by the respective HR. If he/she is selected, they are pushed forward for the manager round. In some occasion this is said to be the last round, perhaps the vice president come in picture if necessary

all went well. there were 3 rounds 1- introduction, 2- technical and 3- operations.
technical rounds includes tools and techniques and situations.
Interview process was quite lengthy from online assessment till HR round and HR made it comfortable. Technical interview included many questions involving accounts and finance fundamental concepts and HR round included basic tell me about yourself question, strengths and weaknesses and the questions kept on growing as per my answers.
