I interviewed for the post of analyst in Northern trust (bangalore manyata) i reported on time at 8:30am .. The first round was GD which was conducted at 10am .. I cleared the first round and the next round was APTi i cleared the second round also.. It was nearly 12;30 and they announced the results.. Later they told us to wait for the further two rounds which was HR and technical.. I waited nearly 4 to 5 hours and it was so disappointing to hear that the other two rounds will be conducted after 2 weeks because the managers are not available.. I waited for 2 weeks and i didn't get the any call.. Exactly on the 3rd week i got a confirmation call to check if I'm still waiting for the process.. I said yes.. Now its been month i didn't get any call till now.. They tell us 2 weeks and make us wait more than a month.. I'm so disappointed by the recruitment of NT
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
