It started like this ,
First round we were asked to write an essay of own topic, and then it was GD just to introduce oneself and to brief abt previous experience if any, and then it was aptitude round later it was HR round few accouting questions and all abt resume. .
And the nxt day that is 17th of aug 2016 it was technical round
The questions were all abt derivates capital market asset management, forward contract , swap contract, collateral etc.,
It was told that the results will be shared to the hr n yet did not receive any responce jus have to wait long. :(
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
