The process started with an on-campus interview with a member of HR, and then moved on to a second round at the office. At the on campus interview, the HR rep asked questions to assess my finance knowledge (define ROE, talk about the differences between an Income Statement and a Balance Sheet, what are they used for, what was the price of NT stock that morning, etc.) The HR rep also asked about my leadership and internship experience.
