1st round was all about communication skills.they will ask about yourself about company why northern trust and why we should hire you
2nd round was aptitude,logical reasonin,english,aptitiude,60questions 60min
3rd hr round,its all about resume
and manager round, about finance and accounts

Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

Overall qns from resume and previous internship experience with some qns from capital markets.
There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
