I had attended a walkin on the 23rd of august 2016 and i still haven't received any call back from the hr. I had cleared my GD and Aptitude and its been two months since i got any reply. Even though i have 2 years experience and even though one of my friend referred me i still did not get any call.
My recommendation is if your looking for job which you can join immediately then northern trust is not the company which you would look for.

Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

Overall qns from resume and previous internship experience with some qns from capital markets.
There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
