Interview
The position was paying very less package. I think they rejected me because I was over qualified for the position. They generally do back office work in India and for that they hire BBM or BCOM students.
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

Overall qns from resume and previous internship experience with some qns from capital markets.
There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
