I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northern Trust
Interview
Short phone interview followed by an onsite interview that lasted for a little more than an hour. The questions were all very basic. I feel like I didn't have to try at all. The first interview was with the recruiter and the second two were with two VPs. The position was not described very well to me at all. It was a new team so I felt that no one really knew what was going on at the time but they were very nice about it.

Question 1
Describe one time of a difficult situation and how you over came it?
I found it was lengthy but mainly because I applied for an opportunity role not a specific role. This meant I ended up doing more than one interview to see where I was the best fit.
3 rounds of interviews all in all. Fully remote. First interview after screening is standard manager/senior interview, once passed you move on with manager and Senior leadership. With last round being with multiple managers/directors to see fit and knowledge
