Interview
The process was 4 or 5 interviews in total. I spoke with recruiters at my school's career fair and applied through the company's website. The first round was an automated Skype interview, answering pre-set questions in an allotted amount of time. There was also a personality or "fit" quiz during this round. It took a few weeks for a recruiter to then reach out to me, and we set up multiple phone interviews mostly about my background and interest in the company. The final round was at the company's Tempe office, where I first interviewed with a VP and then with a few officers on the team I was hired to. Received the offer the day after interviewing.

Team lead and Manager will do the interview for around 30 mins. Mostly about your past experiences and skills that you can contribute to the team. There will be technical and situational questions.

Phone interview ( which is fairly easy) then In-person interview - some questions about background. Mostly behavioral stuff. It doesn't take long to get an answer. The interviewees were polite and friendly
