I was called in to meet 2 VPs about a Risk Management position in Asset Management. The interview itself was rather simple: an short explanation of the position from the VP, followed by me giving a summary of my 25 years of experience and how I would be a valued team member.
The interview ended after an hour and I was given one of the VP's business cards.
It has been over 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything from NT. I find it amazing that the VPs and/ or the HR Dept can't give an update on the process...or a simple "Thanks, but we have found other candidates that better suit the position."
It's not the kind of unprofessional behavior that I would expect from a top tier firm like Northern Trust.
