Phone interview, face to face interview with 3 managers, offer.

6) What is a derivative (and they ask you to rank about 5 derivatives based on risk)?

Interview
Interview process was pretty straightforward. Got called for a phone interview, they asked basic questions like whats my current position with which company, how much do I get paid and when can I go in for a face-to-face interview.
