I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Pune) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was a walkin drive at Eon,Pune office on NT.
Hiring process includes 3 rounds Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Operations Round.
after clearing the aptitude test the HR took us for GD and asked some of us with our expected salary to be written on our Resume.
after clearing the GD she asked the ones with experience to stay and discuss that they won't be able to provide anything more than 19k per month.
The the manager interview happened where initially for the ones who cleared GD it was very basic question about why NT and what do you know about NT?
When it was my turned the manager showed up with a shabby guy, who throughout the interview kept trying ignite a verbal fight. He was more interested in why I did my engineering prior to MBA Finance.
Was downright rude about me asking for the expected salary and asked me what is important learning or salary.
Said there would be 9 pm to 6 am shifts with daily 3hrs extended shifts and learning would be good but pay wouldn't.
Due to me knowing a tad bit of coding he kept asking if I wanted to go into a development role.
