Interview
I received a call from HR and they arranged a 30 minute telephone interview with me, consisting mainly of behavioral questions.
Two weeks later I was told I was going to move to the second round and had an interview with three "partners" (aka employees). Each interview was thirty minutes, on site with a prospective coworker / colleague, the hiring manager and the hiring manager's manager. I was initially told that the last interview was with someone in HR, but that did not happen and instead it was with the manager's manager, which threw me a bit because I hadn't prepared for that. Thankfully, these were all pretty casual and unstructured interviews, with no artificial behavioral questions which I expected from a big corporation like this.
About two weeks after my on-site interviews I got a call offering me the job (which was a little after when they originally told me they'd get back to me, so I was a little bit nervous).
