Interview
Standard interview with immediate manager, the head of department and HR. Technical questions through a panel interview, then with senior heads, then HR. The approval process from the higher head of the department took a long time to come through and in that time I got other offers and wanted to accept the jobs as this whole process took about 3 months even though I was ready to start asap and had told them this.

Not good. Very rushed. The panel interview was OK, but hiring managers seem very busy and preoccupied. They need more attentive people on the panel. Lot of them are clueless about the roles and responsibilities.
