Interview
Phone interviewed with the HR a week before the on-site interview. I was asked about the general questions: general description regarding background and experienceon my resume, academic background including finance related courses I've taken; any financial analysis related work I've worked on etc.
The on-site interview took about 2 hours. The VP in PE Accounting was the first interviewer. She talked about what is Private Equity in great details and asked about my understanding per this industry. The second round was conducted by an senior accountant who generally asked just about my resume listed background. The third one were two more co-workers asked about behavioral questions.
In general, they were just focusing on how much indepth I've gain on private equity business and whether I am an easy-getting-along type of person.
