Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions. They did not really prepare anything in advance. Their questions just focused on confirming I have the background needed for the projects.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
Fairly Straight forward, no direct process related questions, very general in nature. The interview was done in person by a small leadership panel. No direct process questions were asked and no formal testing was required during the interview process.

Question 1
What would I do if a project timeline would be in jeopardy, how would I communicate the issue(s) at hand?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Chicago, IL) in May 2013
Interview
The interview was more than 5 hours long and met with several panels (at least 8 people). The panels were two to four interviewers and each would last at least 30 mins. As a contractor I interview often and I know when an interview went well. This particular interview went well. When I was not hired I was quite surprised. My head hunter said they offer no reason why I didn't get the position. So I let it go but in the two years since this interview I get recruiters presenting me with positions opened at Northern Trust every month and they were the same position I interviewed for. I am not being braggadocios when I say I had a good interview and met all the qualifications and experience required for the position. I have come to the conclusion that they interview just to interview. I no longer let recruiters submit my resume to this company because my time is too valuable to be wasted in a 5 hour interview process.

Question 1
None of the interviewer asked anything different that to review experience.
