I appeared for 2 technical rounds of interview. One with Panel sitting in US and another with Panel sitting in India. I cleared both the interviews & after couple of days I got a call from HR for Documentation where HR mentioned she will share the email what all needs to be done. I waited for a day no email I called her she mentioned She will send email right away. I waited again for another day but no email, this happened for 1 more day, then I emailed her for which I received response My candidature is closed. this is very unprofessional and disappointing for me. If there were any challenges I deserve to know the exact feedback whatever it is, its not only company/panel/HR invest in this process We as a candidate also invest ourselves in this entire process & I feel we deserve to know the feedback what exactly happens. This is not only my story I had friend with whom also same thing happened here with NT. so Its a humble request if you don't wanna hire people don't waste their time.
