There was no proper communication on what all softwares need to be installed in order for a smooth interview process. The interview call started with normal questions. Then they asked to install install zoom or webex so that they can provide us access to write code on their machine. Due to network lad there was alot of delay happening in writing the exact lines of code. One of the interview was not at all helpful was irritating the whole coding process. He was not helpful in understanding the issues faced by candidate rather was looking for exact and to the point solution. He had questions on almost every keystroke I had used. In order to save time if used built in libraries still he had a problem and tried to bug in the middle of process. Knowing that the there was a time constraint and a network lag still he managed to bug me out and it felt like they are just conducting interview for rejecting candidate.
