The Interview Process took around 1 Month. First round was with India Team based at Bangalore - Questions tested in depth knowledge of Asset Liability Management (as my current role is into Regulatory reporting). Make sure to know the regulations very well. After almost 10-12 days I was contacted for back to back 3 US rounds (All Technical ) with Manager and VP/President. After all the 4 rounds I waited for around 1 month to hear back from the HR. They aggressively tried to negotiate in the HR round. I was interviewed for a profile in Liquidity Risk but I received an offer in Credit Risk. However, HR is responsive and follow up is not that difficult. Converted and received the offer.
