I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Phone screening, 3 interviews post screening, about 120 minutes total. I would say overall it was a very smooth process. Everyone I spoke to was very respectful and kind. Though I did find myself having to reach out about the status of the position, the hiring managers were great about responding.

Question 1
Background, writing style, difficult situation, work process... fairly straightforward questions.
I had a terrible interview process. I was approached by a recruiter and was invited for a phone interview. I gave my availability and did not hear back for 3 weeks. Once I finally met with the recruiter I moved on and met with the hiring manager and the team. From there I was told that the team wanted to make an offer but the offer was going to take a while to process through the org and get approved. I was then ghosted by the recruiter after 4 months.
