I had many rounds of interviews with HR and the team I would be working on. The interviews were short and easy, except one with one woman on the team that ran so long that I was almost late to my then-current job. She was long-winded. After all of my interviews, much to my surprise, an offer came about three months later. Don’t know what took so long.

Describe your past experience in communications roles.
Lengthy process, consisting of interview with hiring manager, followed by 4 other team members, with a final practicum/presentation. In the end, out of 3 finalists, the team did not go with myself nor the other 2. Definitely a total time waste. The recruiter was stellar. But seriously, what team decides to string 3 finalists along after a long process, ultimately to pick none of them?
