Did two rounds. First round was great as the interview was very conversational and well flowing. Both interviewers were very kind and wanted to connect on a personal level as well as a professional level. Second round was the opposite. Both interviewers in this round were very interrogative. Asked questions which I gave answers to and promptly asked the next question without feedback. Did not try to make it conversational at all. Also, did not receive a response at all on the result of the interview so I was ghosted. It was more disappointing that this happened as I received this opportunity through a recruiting agency so not only were they unprofessional to me in that sense but the recruiter as well.
