The interview process was communicative, straightforward, and very well organized. The entire process took about three weeks, and they kept me informed at every stage. I always knew what to expect next, which made the experience feel professional, transparent, and thoughtfully structured.
It was great. This was On campus hiring. They conducted a 12 hour Hackathon and technical and HR interviews followed. After each round there was elimination.
First round shortlisting based on Resume.
Second round - We were put into groups of 5 and had to do a 12 hour hackathon.
Third round - Selected teams from hackathon will have to give a presentation on the project we did
Fourth round - Individuals from group presentation was shortlisted for technical interview
Fifth round - HR interview for shortlisted candidates from technical interview
