It's easy and smooth ... they release the offer letter soon if you are selected. 2 rounds of technical interview are been conducted ... and one HR....... Good benefits are been offered.

2. If selected, questionnaire with behavior questions that they will score you on.
3. If you pass behavior test, video recording of yourself answering behavioral questions. Unlimited attempts. “Why northern trust” ect.
After that they never got back to me. Each step in the process took a month so. So for me it took around 4 months and then ghosted
