Interview
I first met with a member of HR, which consisted of a brief conversation about my past experiences and why i want to work at Northern Trust. Next I met with the manager of the group, which was more laid back. Last, I met with a supervisor and coworker in the group to which I was asked general behavioral interview questions.
Team lead and Manager will do the interview for around 30 mins. Mostly about your past experiences and skills that you can contribute to the team. There will be technical and situational questions.

Phone interview ( which is fairly easy) then In-person interview - some questions about background. Mostly behavioral stuff. It doesn't take long to get an answer. The interviewees were polite and friendly
