Group discussion on capital market, then aptitude round, then HR round where they ask about personal and educational background, reason to chose the company etc. They also check your communication skills in this round.
In the ops round they ask technical questions related to finance and accountancy.
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
