Reputable organization on the face of it but the hiring process unmasked countless red flags: - Tried to ghost me after both interviews so I had to chase up twice. - The final stage was meant to involve two senior team members but one of them didn’t even bother showing up to my interview which I found unprofessional and unfair. - When I chased for an outcome, they proceeded to lie and told me a rejection e-mail was sent out but there is nothing in my inbox or junk. Outright dishonesty. Regardless, any decent employer would have picked up the phone to break the news. - The worst part - I did some research on LinkedIn and it turns out they had already hired someone for the role a week earlier so the final stage was all a facade (also explains why other interviewer didn’t show up)! - No disclosure of salary. Even after rejection, they were unwilling to disclose this information again revealing their dishonesty. - Extremely slow and drawn out process. 2 interviews took 3 weeks. - Poor generic interview feedback which doesn’t help the candidate. Very disappointed overall but I can’t help but feel I have dodged a bullet here. Learn to have some empathy and compassion for your candidates!
